Strawberry cheesecake protein shake!!! 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup almond milk 1/4 tsp vanilla. Put everything but the strawberries in. Make sure the blend is smooth… Add the strawberries and tada! A healthy 224 calorie breakfast:)

7 OctReese’s pieces protein shake! For someone who is on a 1,000 calorie diet like myself it’s perfect! Only 213 calories!!! 1tsp of Nutella , 1tsp of organic peanut butter, 1 scoop whey protein, 1 cup of crushed ice, and 8oz of almond breeze unsweetened . Put it all in a blender and enjoy!!
