Oatmeal and cranberries 🙂 mix 1 tablespoon of artificial sweetener, 1 cup almond milk, and 1/2 cup oats and bring to a boil. Take off burner and put a lid on and let sit. When it has reached the desired thickness, add 1 ounce cranberries and enjoy!

7 OctPreheat oven to 400, 2 cups butternut squash, 1 cup of zucchini, in a stone with just enough olive oil to wear it feels slimy! I can’t believe it’s not butter spray, dash of cinnamon, and a pinch of Stevia!!! Bake for 30 mins!!
Protein Pancakes
7 OctProtein pancakes!!! No flour!!! Just 1 egg white, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup water(to cook oats), 1 scoop protein powder, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon mix all together and cook like a pancake 😀
Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Shake
7 OctStrawberry cheesecake protein shake!!! 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup almond milk 1/4 tsp vanilla. Put everything but the strawberries in. Make sure the blend is smooth… Add the strawberries and tada! A healthy 224 calorie breakfast:)
Flour-less Carb-less personal Pizza!
6 OctFlour less pizza!! 1 cup chopped cauliflower with 3 egg whites, add oregano, and cook in the oven for 20 mins @350 until it is easy to pick up. Then add 1tbs tomato paste, chopped up half of a light baby bell cheese, and all the toppings you’d like ! I did chicken and broccoli! Then top it again with the other half of the babybel:) so yummy and under 300 calories :))
